Suavee Apparel was founded in 2019.
The brand was inspired by the military medals of achievement, the achievement pertaining to Suavee Apparel are dressing yourself well to express being the best version of yourself. The way you dress, think , walk and talk are all an expression of who you are.
Suavee Apparel was officially founded in 2019 but the actual production and implementation of design came into fruition in 2020 during covid. The director being heavily attuned to his Christian faith , mental health and instinctive faith driven positive mindset – was enthused by the notion of being the best version of yourself in life. This is across many denominations of life, mentally , physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially. The agenda is to strive to champion all those areas life, hence why the brand logos and substances pertains to the spirit of excellence and being the best version of yourself that mirrors the identity you have in Jesus Christ– whilst also being who you were created to be in your final form.
The belief is that the way you dress is a direct expression of who you are, similarly, the way you think, talk , walk and behave is a direct insight into who you are too. So, when you dress well, when you wear Suavee Apparel, you are in alignment with the belief that you want to be your best. You want to look your best and radiate excellence wearing a brand that has meaning, and substance entwined the great design, quality and comfort across all of our products.
The primary logo is a medal called the lion medallion , the founder generally likes the military uniform with medals on them and was motivated by the mindset of a solider, their diligence and dedication to gaining victory. Soldiers can earn medals of achievement for various accolades, this transpired into making a model inspired logo to signify victory, dedication and excellence. To honour this All Suavee apparel products have names inspired by military ranks to go with the theme and initial essence of the brand idea.
The Suavee Apparel Collections :
The Lion Medallion logo consists of a medal design, a lion with a crown and stars. The medal signifies victory and recognition of excellence. The lion is the founder’s favourite animal, signifying royalty, power, strength, fearlessness and dominance. The stars symbolise greatness and authenticity. A medal itself is a symbol of achievement and success, the medal signifies wearing the garment of glory. Ruminating being the best version of yourself and excelling in everything you do in all aspects of life.

A Valedictorian is defined as the highest academic achiever at a graduation or education ceremony, this student would’ve got the best grades, portrayed an exemplar attitude and stood out for consistent acts of excellence. So Suavee Apparel incorporated this into the logo by being in agreement with being the best version of yourself is the effect of being a valedictorian in the school of life.
The analogy is that the school represents life and its experiences , the test or exam in the school of life is the adversities and struggles of life and the certificate or reward of passing the tests in the school of life is becoming the best version of yourself. Looking your best physically, in good shape. Being your best mentally, having a healthy and positive mindset throughout life. Spiritually having faith in God and overcoming life’s challenges believing you have a purpose in life that God predestined for you. Being your best financially is having freedom to do as you please.
